So sorry for any inconvenience. 

 

Please notify Snuggy Hoods Ltd of any goods that have been damaged in transit within 48 hours of receipt or no exchange will be considered. When returning goods please include full contact details, proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. Snuggy Hoods will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.


Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in new condition. Please try to order the correct size and contact us if we can be of any further help with sizing.

You may return any item purchased from Snuggy Hoods Ltd for any reason within twenty one (21) days of purchase. Please note that the product ship date is the date of purchase. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund for unopened items, provided that the products are returned unused, and in perfect condition. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 21 days of purchase with a valid receipt or parcel summary document. If items are returned with an expired receipt or parcel summary document or without any receipt, we will offer you a credit receipt or exchange to the value of the last known selling price.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail / courier, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 21 day period. Snuggy Hoods reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Refunds will be issued by PayPal or credited via our card service provider within 21 days of Snuggy Hoods Ltd receiving the item/s back in new condition.

For your protection we recommend you use a shipping service with insurance when returning items to Snuggy Hoods in case of loss or damage in transit. Snuggy Hoods cannot be held responsible for misdirected, damaged or lost shipments.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item please contact Snuggy Hoods as soon as possible.

Issues in Use

Where a problem with fit has occurred, causing rubbing, chaffing or like, Snuggy Hoods are happy to assist via email. Please send as much detail as possible – including a photo of the horse in question wearing the item to sales@snuggyhoodsaustralia.com.  We will not be held responsible for any problems caused regarding fit but are happy to help as much as possible with any fitting issues. Please be vigilant about the fit of your item. An item too big or too small can cause discomfort and/or injury. If you are in doubt about the fit of your item please contact Snuggy Hoods Ltd via email sales@snuggyhoodsaustralia.com.

Snuggy Hoods will not be held responsible for any damage sustained in use by your horse or pony. Please be vigilant and inform us as soon as possible of any fit issues so that we can help to prevent any damage to your hood/rug.
